        Will start to accrue in the 7th month after successful completion of probation

        All full time employees scheduled to work 40 hours is a designated work week will accrue 10 hours
        of sick leave for each month of continuous employment.  Employees working 12 hour shifts will
        accrue 10.5 hours of sick leave for each month of continuous employment.  Eligible part time
        employees will receive sick leave based on average hours worked per week.

        Sick leave may be used for sickness, doctor's visits, and if you have the accrued time on the books
        you may use 7 days annually for sickness or doctor's visits for immediate family members.

        Each employee is able to accumulate a maximum of 1040 hours in his sick leave account.

        Employees who have accumulated the maximum hours of sick leave will receive 25% of their
        monthly accrual as annual leave in lieu of receiving sick leave as long as the balance exceeds 1040
        hours any and every month they do not use sick leave for that month.
-Annual Leave
        Will start to accrue in the 7th month after successful completion of probation.

        Will accrue 6.67 hours per month (equal to 80 hours per year) and increases after 3 years of
        continued service etc according to service schedule.

        Annual leave may be accumulated, within certain limits according to years of service.

        If applicable, the District pays half the cost of uniform rental

        Increase is given upon attaining key anniversary dates, starting with successful completion of 3
        years of service.
