These standards have been adopted by the North Charleston Sewer District and shall be incorporated into the design of all sanitary sewer systems.  The District realizes that there are occasions when extenuating circumstances occur and these Standards may not work in all situations.  Developers and Developer Engineers shall contact the District's Engineering Department to review plans and discuss the reason for a deviation prior to proceeding with any project.  An appointment can be made by calling the District's Project Manager at (843) 764-3072 or by email
